A new Hope for 2012

A new year is upon us. a new year always brings a new fresh outlook, and hope for what the year may bring. It puts to bed, well we hope anyway, all that happened in the past year, and we go forth, anew, refreshed, ready to take on our destiny.

The end of 2011 was well exhausting for me. Our holidays were fantastic, for the most part.  But I started a new job in the first week of December, that at the end of the first week in January I am ready to quit. Alas, I have no place else to work at the moment, so fingers crossed for me that I get some interviews out of all the resume's I have sent out for various positions that are both in my field, and not. I am willing to do anything that doesn't have these crazy hours that keep me from getting to see my family.

So on to 2012, at the end of 2011 I fell off the wagon of eating and preparing decent food for my family. yes I know total sin here on my part. But with the new job and crazy hours I have had a really hard time finding a balance between sleep, work, and being creative in the kitchen. So for 2012, my resolutions to myself are: to eat better, have more adventures, be more understanding, and craft more. And now I guess blog more. because I know it doesn't seem like it, but I really do like my little blog, even if there are no followers, haha.

So stay tuned all, and hopefully I can come up with some cool things to show off in the new year :)
